We do not deliver to P.O Boxes
All first time orders must be shipped to the Pay Pal billing address
You can choose your preferred courier. Cost of shipment is detailed at the bottom of this page.
Courier's shipments are door to door.

When will the order ship?

Most International orders are shipped within 7 Work Days. (Excluding Friday, Saturday and Holidays).

* Important note: shipping applies to packages up to 1kg. Pasternak Findings covers the shipping costs up to $49. In some countries, where shipping costs are expensive and exceed $49, the customer is requested to pay the difference.

Return Policy

1. Returned goods are accepted within 30 days from receiving the goods, in its original package packed in a carton and sealed with strong tape, accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

2. Before returning goods please send us an email with a list of the items you wish to return, amount and the reason for returning these items. A copy of this list should be attached to the returned package. After we'll receive this mail you should get a number for this returning goods package.

3. Special orders or items made to your specifications like: wires, plates, strips, tubes, are not returnable.

4. Return of goods will be refunded in the customer’s credit card account, or in his next purchase at Pasternak.

5. Returns of Raw Materials (Wires, Sheets and Strips) and Chains will not be accepted (unless there is a flaw in one of these items).

6. The returned goods will be accepted only if shipped via Airmail only.

7. Return fee is 10% of the original invoice total.
