Return Policy

1. Returned goods are accepted within 30 days from receiving the goods, in its original package packed in a carton and sealed with strong tape, accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

2. Special orders or items made to your specifications like: wires, plates, strips, tubes, are not returnable.

3. Return of goods will be refunded in the customer’s credit card account, or in his next purchase at Pasternak.

 

4. Returns of Raw Materials (Wires, Sheets and Strips) and Chains will not be accepted (unless there is a flaw in one of these items).

 

 5. The returned goods will be accepted only if shipped through U.P.S or E.M.S.

 

 6. Return fee will be 10% of the originals invoice's total.
